INTERMEDIATE ROWING AND RACING
So you have been rowing for some time now. You have picked up the basics and are comfortable on the water. Now its time to take it to the next level!
Our intermediate racing group is designed to teach you all you need to know about rowing racing. It is intended for competent rowers that are either new to racing or have not yet reached the level or desire for national competition. Athletes in this group have spent at least 6 months learning how to row efficiently. Most are confident in a single scull or pair. This class is the opportunity to really start to develop boat speed and truly enjoy the sport. With a mix of sweep and sculling, small and large boats this group of rowers begin to push their skill and fitness levels. We work hard to achieve personal goals and the team pushes each other every practice to achieve them.
