Team Building Program

Welcome to our Rowing Team Building Services at College Club Seattle on Lake Union. We offer a dynamic experience crafted to strengthen your team’s leadership and foster unity through the power of rowing. Our program begins with an orientation session, followed by indoor rowing practice, culminating in the rewarding challenge of rowing in an eight-person boat, designed to

build trust, communication, and strategic collaboration.

 

Team Building experiences are available exclusively on Wednesdays from 9am-12pm. Please keep this in mind when expressing interest, and contact us to reserve your session!

Pricing

Required:

  • $25/person/hour

  • $200/boat

  • $40/coxswain/hour

  • $60/coach/hour

 

Optional: 

  • $40/extra rower/hour

  • $50/hour private meeting room rental

  • $25/hour tables and chairs rental

  • $25/hour boardroom

  • $100 prior rowing equipment set up by CCS staff

  • $100 post rowing equipment breakdown by CCS staff

Event: 1 morning of team building for 8 team members.

Length: 3hrs 

8 team members @$25/person/hr = $600

1 rowing shell @ $200

1 coxswain @ $40/hr = $120

1 coach @ $60/hr = $180

Private meeting room for 3hrs @ $150

Rowing equipement broken down by CCS staff @ $100

Total: $1250
